- Who is eligible to renew?
- Customers with an active ActiveTcl Pro Studio subscription are eligible to renew.
- Why should I renew?
- You must keep your subscription active to continue receiving product upgrades to Komodo IDE and Tcl Dev Kit, and to maintain access to your Safari Bookshelf.
- Do I need to upgrade my software when I renew?
- No. After completing the renewal process, you will receive an updated ActiveTcl Pro Studio license by email. Your renewal license is also available to download from your ActiveState Account. Software upgrades are available to download from your ActiveState Account at any time during your subscription.
- Does my renewal include support?
- ActiveState hosts several free, community-driven resources that provide advice, assistance and code, including user forums, FAQs and mailing list archives.
- When does my subscription end?
- ActiveTcl Pro Studio licenses are valid for one year from the purchase date. While the software licenses are permanent, you are not entitled to upgrades if you do not have an active subscription.
- What happens if I don't renew my subscription?
- If you choose not to renew your ActiveTcl Pro Studio subscription, you will no longer receive upgrades to Komodo IDE and Tcl Dev Kit. In addition, you will no longer have access to your Safari Bookshelf account.
