The first year subscription to ActiveTcl Pro Studio is $495 USD. Annual renewals are $245 USD (if purchased within 60 days of the subscription expiration date).

For Tcl developer teams, ActiveTcl Pro Studio is available in packs of five for $1,995 USD.

Renewal FAQs

• Who is eligible to renew?

  Customers with an active ActiveTcl Pro Studio subscription are eligible to renew.
• Why should I renew?

  You must keep your subscription active to continue receiving product upgrades to Komodo IDE and TDK and to maintain access to your Safari Bookshelf.
• Do I need to upgrade my software when I renew?

  No. After completing the renewal process, you can download your renewal license through My Account. 
• Does my renewal include support?

  ActiveState hosts several free, community-driven resources that provide advice, assistance and code, including user forums, FAQs, and mailing list archives.
• When does my subscription end?

  ActiveTcl Pro Studio licenses are valid for one year from the purchase date. While the software licenses are perpetual, you are not entitled to upgrades if you do not have an active subscription.
• What happens if I don't renew my subscription?

  If you choose not to renew your ActiveTcl Pro Studio subscription, you will no longer receive upgrades to Komodo IDE and TDK. In addition, you will no longer have access to your Safari Books Online account.
