ActiveState has used mailing lists for customer support & product user support for a long time, and it's served us and our users well. But, as I'm fond of saying, "email is broken". We're pretty sure that offering just email...ActiveState has used mailing lists for customer support & product user support for a long time, and it's served us and our users well. But, as I'm fond of saying, "email is broken". We're pretty sure that offering just email as a mode of interaction isn't the best way to talk to folks. That's why Jeff Griffiths, our customer champion, built a new support site with forums, FAQs and more, which is now available at http://support.activestate.com. Check it out, ask your quesstions, answer other people's questions! It's rough, it's not fully finished, but we figured it's better to ask you what you want us to add rather than guess.
