In the Business Solutions area here at ActiveState we spend a lot of time talking about leads. Lead generation, lead nurturing, converting leads - it goes on. Today I read a good posting on Brian Carroll's  B2B blog that reinforces the need to be consistent and timely when connecting with prospects (a.k.a future much loved customers).

Some other good points:

- Trusted advisers win more sales than slick brands.
- Lead nurturing is a conversation, not a series of disjointed campaigns.
