ActiveState Joins OpenAjax Alliance

ActiveState is committed to being involved in the open source AJAX development space. As such, we're pleased to announce that we've joined the OpenAjax Alliance, "an organization of leading vendors, open source projects, and companies using Ajax that are dedicated to the successful adoption of open and interoperable Ajax-based Web technologies...by promoting a customer's ability to mix and match solutions from Ajax technology providers and by helping to drive the future of the Ajax ecosystem."

ActiveState's upcoming release of Komodo 4.0, the IDE for dynamic web development, serves the Alliance's primary goal of accelerating customer success with AJAX by extending support to client-side AJAX languages, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML and XML.
