Why do I need an ActiveState account?

Your ActiveState account provides a convenient location for accessing all information on your ActiveState store activity. Your account enables you to easily:

• Download trial and purchased software and licenses.
• View your product order history.
• Manage your billing and shipping information.
• Assign product licenses and subscriptions.
• View completed orders and finalize orders in progress.

Note that ActiveState does not store credit card information in your account.

What happens to the information I give you?

Your information is protected under the terms of our privacy policy. Note that ActiveState does not store your credit card information. During a transaction, that information is encrypted for delivery to the credit card processing company but is not retained in ActiveState's database.

What do I do if I forget my account password?

Enter your email address here and click "Reset my password". A new password will be generated and sent to the email address you provide.

What if my ActiveState account doesn't list all of my products?

If your previously purchased ActiveState software that doesn't appear in your online ActiveState account under "My Downloads", this means that it was purchased on your behalf, or you used a different email address at the time of purchase.
