Komodo Chosen as Finalist in Codie Awards 2003

VANCOUVER, British Columbia – December 12, 2002 – ActiveState is proud to announce that Komodo IDE has been selected as a finalist for the 2003 Codie Awards by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) for Best Software Development Product.

ActiveState Komodo is the professional IDE for open source languages, providing a powerful workspace for editing, debugging and testing applications. Komodo is optimized for Perl, Python, PHP, Tcl, and XSLT, and supports Windows and Linux.

The 2003 Codie Awards are the only peer recognition program in the software and information industry. The awards showcase the software and digital content industry's finest products and services, and honor excellence for corporate achievement and philanthropic efforts. The SIIA is the principal trade association for the software and digital content industry. Codie Award winners will be announced on May 2, 2003 at the SIIA 2003 Annual Conference in San Francisco, CA.
