Cost: Included with Stackato Enterprise Licenses 

Standard support covers support of the most current release of Stackato and third-party components as they are used within Stackato. Our expert staff will help troubleshoot issues with Stackato in your environment, review logs, provide basic guidance, upgrade assistance, and provide you with workarounds as required. Please see the "Stackato Enterprise License, Subscription and Support Agreement" for further details.

Premium Support

Hours: 24 x 7 
Cost: By Quotation 

For customers with global implementations of Stackato or those with mission-critical applications, we offer Premium Support. Our staff will help troubleshoot critical issues, whenever you need help. You get the same level of expertise with the comfort of knowing that support is by your team’s side - no matter where you are in the world, or what time zone you are in.
