ActiveState comments on SEC proposed use of Python

ActiveState has submitted its comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC’s) Proposed Rule on Asset-Backed Securities [Release Nos. 33-9117; 34-61858; File No. S7-08-10].

ActiveState wrote in support of the SEC’s proposed use of Python in the preparation of a waterfall computer program in the offering disclosure, and reporting for asset-backed securities.
