ActivePerl Released by ActiveState

A new key component is the DBD::Oracle module, which provides access to Oracle databases. In addition to adding DBD::Oracle module, the ActivePerl release includes new modules for encrypting web connections using https:, creating color graphs and charts, and automating interaction with websites.
