Spring is being very clever today in Vancouver - disguising itself as snowflakes! Good thing we have some fresh news.

The
ActivePerl PPM repository is now available for users running ActivePerl 5.10 on Windows x64 (64-bit)
systems.

In addition to Windows, both ActivePerl 5.10 and ActivePerl 5.8
are available in 32 and 64 bit versions for Linux and Solaris, as well as the 32-bit versions for Mac OS X and AIX.

For
more information on ActivePerl, and all of our other great
development tools visit our website.

Bringing PPMs to Windows x64 is part of our ongoing effort to
improve quality of the ActivePerl PPM repositories. Stay tuned for
for more improvements and goodness coming from the Languages Team.

Have a great weekend!

I am new in this field and hope I could learn more about Perl in the future.
