Quickly Run Shell Commands With Komodo IDE

With Komodo 9.1 we’ve added a new shell scope, which facilitates our new package managers integration. But you can also use it simply to run shell commands. Of course you could already do this using the `Tools > Run Command` dialog, but the shell scope makes this process a bit less involved (at the cost of being less versatile in its use).
